Rosa’s is an all-day garden bar forming part of the prestigious Lawns of the Lobby hospitality precinct.

Our team delivered the full interior and exterior fit-out, working closely with DNA Architects to bring the client’s vision to life. The project called for the transformation of an existing structure into a light, open hospitality venue that balances functionality with visual appeal.

The works included new services, custom joinery, commercial kitchen installation, high-performance glazing, bespoke bar areas, and outdoor decking. Attention to detail was essential — from the integrated lighting that enhances the warm, casual tone of the venue, through to the seamless joinery transitions that frame indoor-outdoor flow.

Coordination with landscape works and existing site infrastructure required careful planning and sequencing. The result is a polished, inviting venue that’s become a new favourite in the Parliamentary Triangle.
