Ballyhoo was delivered as part of the next phase of the Lawns of the Lobby precinct. Designed by Luchetti Krelle, Ballyhoo presented a different challenge — to create a distinctive hospitality venue that captured a moody, late-night vibe, in contrast to its neighbouring venues.

Our team was responsible for the full interior fit-out and exterior frontage works. The project featured bold material selections including polished concrete, dark-stained timber, metal detailing, and feature lighting that demanded precise coordination across multiple trades. Structural interventions were required to support the custom bar and seating configurations, along with significant services upgrades to support commercial kitchen equipment and AV systems.

Despite operating within a heritage-sensitive precinct, the fit-out was completed on program and to an exacting standard. Ballyhoo now stands as a testament to the flexibility of our team in delivering both refined finishes and technically complex hospitality environments.
